Strength Training
We are huge fans of the TRX Suspension Trainer! It’s a fabulous tool to help with functional and rotational strength. Rotational strength is the main component in swimming, cycling and running. Functional / rotational training won’t make you faster, only swimming biking and running will do that. By working strength across several planes however you are doing a lot to improve your range of motion and strength, both of which will help in the end!
